3 days before common test
Short entry for memories' sake. It's 3 days before the common test and the heat and stress is finally sinking it... hard. Just really started mugging hard bout last sunday and now i'm left with half of econs, maths and well, practice, practice and practice.
Physics seems to be ungraspable...so much manipulation of formulas to be done. Gravitation and circular motion especially... not to mention the definitions. Oh well.. why grumble eh? Not like it'll make things any better. Haiz.. I'll go mug a bit more econs before I'll call it a day.

07S06F Class Gathering - Weds, 14/06/2006
Did I say class gathering? Woops... maybe it should be more like half class gathering, cause well exactly that many turned up. ok ok.. so there's 27 people in our class, fine... in light of the (Maths) common test around the corner, I shall be more precise: 14 people turned up + 1. Yup, Yiwen brought along her dog lucie. lol.
Anyway as with all gatherings, people are always late. Well, that's not surprising. But with half of the half the class being half an hour late... that takes (half) the cake. Argh... lameness overload liao... must be the time at which I'm writing this post. Time to cut to the chase and get on with mugging.
So we finally made our way to ECP where we basically just cycled/bladed. Pretty wasted lah... went at 3 to get the shuttle bus but took 31 instead. After taking into account all the delays, we got to the rental shop at 4.30. Then cause ppl nd to leave early and wanna play soccer etc, we only rented the blades/bikes for 2 hours.
heh... after being deprived of really blading for dunno how many years, I die die also chose blades, even though there were only 5 people who chose to do so. 2 noo... er... beginners =P Hui Zhen and Christina, 1 teacher Xin Yun, 1 pro Sun Lu and 1 er... just me. After a while Sun Lu and I gave up waiting for the 3 of them cause they took er... say half an hour to get past the first hump 5 meters away? lol... okok, sorry, must not be so bad =). But yah, we went back on occasion to see how far they made it. Turned out to be pretty ok in the end...haha..
Went to see the cable ski park at ECP too and discovered how suck it is compared to the one in batam. Small, slow and yah, the water surface really much choppier. Oh well, point for me to note: Mervin, Jian Wei and Wen Hao were trying to kill me at one point or another trying to drive me off the road with their bikes.... *cough*
haiz... like they say time flies when you're having fun.... before long we went to "revisit our childhood" and played freeze and melt by the beach. lol... got wet and sandy in the process.. PJ and Sabby crazy one... one going out later, wearing 3/4 pants and jacket still go into the sea. the other just went to jump in or something...:S
er.... so to end of an eventful afternoon, we went to have dinner at the best place possible...... MACS -_-|| haiz... but what the heck, we went to bowl 2 games after that.. lol... damn anyhow sia.. Spent half the time being dellusional...heh.
On a slightly seperate note, 2 out of the 3 latest posts over at tksspm all about treasuring the times we have now. lol.. Really sia... time passes by so quickly. I've known the brudderhood for 4 years going on 5 now.. Z'kardia felt like it was only 3 months ago... Haiz... who knows how long we'll be hanging out together, staying in touch, "tkss-ing" (sorry don't play mahjong:S)...
Haiz haiz haiz... chin's quote of the first part of my nick really says it... "Besides memories, what's gone never returns...".. Maybe willy's right, should be "...so dwell on them"... Haiz... But for now, back to mugging, or I wouldn't be around to dwell on them. =P

Wakeboarding
Been about 2 days since I got back from the wakeboarding trip to Batam. Lol... damn fun but damn tiring too... no energy to blog after that. During the first part of the first day we mainly used the knee board to get used to the sudden jerk at which the cable ski pulls you when you start of.. and those screwed up turns where the cable will slack then suddenly jerk again. It was simple actually... although got some accidents like I crashed into my friend when we tried to double with 2 cables on one hook and well, another where I nearly collided with some guy who fell into the water earlier... lucky he ducked his head into the water.. if not...<>.<>But on another note we also did a lot of stupid things.. like 2 to 3 ppl on one knee board. 2 still can, but 3 in most cases just sunk.. too heavy...lol
So thinking that kneeboarding so easy we went to try wakeboarding later in the day. Lol.. pride really does go before a fall - literally. Couldn't even launch off properly, keep falling flat into the water. But not bad lah... after like countless falls and a few hours later, all the guys managed to launch off liao. And that's when I started to be really thankful for the motorcycle 'ferry' service they had: if you fall too far out they will fetch you back on a motorcycle, so don't need to walk like mad.
Just like that we continued trying and practicing till it became too dark too see before going off for dinner and... going to our new 'last-minute-then-decide" accomodation - some hotel suite which comes with 2 rooms, 2 tvs, 2 toilets, aircon and complementary breakfast, at only S$7 more than that of a 2 men tent. lol.. of course go for the hotel right..
Well, the next day was somewhat more fun cause we stayed overnight so were the first group to arrive, so no need to queue up. Haha, finally managed to do a 180 on a wakeboard properly that day. But everytime I tried to be smart I ended up crashing... lol.. I think I took the motorcycle the most number of times <>.<> But accidents wise the second day was worse. Got overconfident I think, so ended up hitting my butt against the water so many times that it hurt like mad...The last round fell backwards head-first into the water... lucky got helmet, if not die liao.. lol...
Oh and the immigration process rox man. The ferry boarding pass got so many mistakes including the last letter of the passport number becoming a number also nevermind...lol.
Haiz.. was supposed to start mugging on Monday, but too hyped up after the trip liao... Tomorrow still got class gathering. oooo......
