Nope, there's no typo. Was talking to jere when suddenly thought of this crap so oh well, here it is.
Relationship theory says that opposites attract.
But is this true?
Einstein's theory of special relativity says that there is conservation of mass-energy.
Chemistry says equations must balance.
Thus we try:
0e + 1H+ --> 1H
-1__ 0______ 1
Yep, electron + proton works out fine, everyone lives happily ever after.. the end? Nope, let's see what happens when electron here meets his real opposite.
0e + 0e --> Annihalation
-1_ +1
And they don't live happily ever after... save for the 2 gamma rays that are emitted. Sigh.. Talk about no chemistry... Ok, that's about as crappy as a day I've had, so screw it, I shall go mug chem now.
(P/S Don't ask me about where the negative signs for the charge goes.. haven't quite gotten that but guess it's not that impt oh well..)
